Terms of Service

Decody interprets pet behavior as reference information and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.

1. Service Scope

Decody provides reference AI interpretation, caption sharing text, and AI dubbing based on the 10-second segment you select and the pet profile information you enter.

2. Gems and Fees

Voice and video interpretation may require different gem amounts. You can earn or purchase gems through paid packs, Plus subscription, rewarded ads, and invite rewards. Prices, rewards, and usage limits may change with AI and ad conditions.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid gems and Plus subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment-method management follow each store's policy. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

4. Rewarded Ads

Rewards are granted only when ad watch completion is confirmed. If an ad fails to load, closes early, or reward verification fails, gems may not be issued or may be revoked.

5. Media and Rights

Only upload media that you own or are permitted to use. If another person's face, voice, or personal information is included, use only what is necessary and follow applicable privacy and copyright laws.

6. AI Dubbing

AI dubbing overlays generated AI voice and subtitles on your selected video segment. Generated voice is synthetic and does not represent a real person or your actual pet.

7. Prohibited Use

Manipulating or bypassing service, payment, rewarded ads, or invite rewards.
Uploading profiles, images, voices, or media without rights.
Using AI output as official veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or prescription advice.
Creating or sharing content for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or policy-violating purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Decody results are for reference only. If your pet shows pain, breathing issues, repeated vomiting, or sudden behavior changes, consult a veterinarian immediately.
