Decody interprets pet voice and behavior cues for reference use only. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
1. Information We Process
- Pet profile details: name, pet type, age entered by the user, personality notes, and any profile notes.
- Videos or audio files you select and the selected 10-second analysis segment.
- AI interpretation results, emotion tags, observation notes, recommendation list, and selected segment metadata.
- Gem balance, credit history, and payment/subscription status.
- Device or ad identifiers and ad interaction data used for rewarded ads, anti-fraud, and frequency control.
- Minimum app telemetry for operations, such as app version, error status, and request status.
2. Media Processing
Analysis and AI dubbing process a selected 10-second segment. Even if the source file is large, the app or server trims and compresses only the required segment before processing.
3. AI Services and Servers
When remote analysis or dubbing is enabled, selected media, selected segments, pet information, and generated dubbing text may be sent to Decody servers and AI providers.
4. Gems, Payment, and Subscriptions
Decody may validate purchases and subscription status through App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
5. Rewarded Ads and Invites
You can earn gems by watching ads. Ad SDKs may process device information and ad interaction data for reward confirmation, fraud prevention, and frequency limits.
6. Retention and Deletion
Pet profiles, analysis history, and local credit caches stored on your device can be deleted through the app's local data-clearing option.
7. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or processing restrictions of their personal data.
